Very hostile and communicative owner. Very nice and quiet place. Just monkeys sometime run over the roof and make noise. Accomodation is roughly 600m from the elephant orphanage. There is nothing in direct vicinity but jungle. Good breakfast after safari. Safari arranged by the owner, we got picked up directly in the accommodation.

An amazing guest house with three rooms, and a large common area, located at the foot of dramatic and lush hill. We managed some very nice birding just sitting in the garden. A truly relaxing setting in nature. The staff was very friendly and efficient, and the meals were delicious.

We saw the evaluations for nature glow had, and it turned out they were 100% accurate. They organized a driver to pick us up and Ella and drive us to their magical accommodation. There are two accommodation villas located on a rise of land above a small creek entering a larger river. It's very much in the jungle with wildlife abounding. The air conditioning, which was important to us worked very well, and the bed, room and bathroom were all very good. Our hosts arranged for a safari driver for the two of us. The next morning we are up early and went on Safari in the national park. We saw many many elephants, both solo and in groups of females with their babies. And we also saw a variety of other wildlife. For us Sri Lankan food was a new experience. I fully recommend that you arrange to have your breakfast and dinner at the villa. The dishes were authentic and delicious. We were treated to a variety of different Sri Lankan food. Our host were wonderful people. They took pride and doing everything possible to make our stay as comfortable enjoyable and interesting as possible.

Hosted by such a kind, generous and friendly family who cooked us the best food of our trip, showed us the best spots to swim in the river and they provided us with fresh coconuts we saw coming off the tree right in the garden! They also arranged a safari for us which was extremely helpful and we got to see plenty of elephants! We couldn't recommend it enough and we wish we had had a few more days to spend there! We're hoping to go back one day!
