The lodge provides guests with a terrace, mountain views, a seating area, satellite flat-screen TV, a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge and a dishwasher, and a private bathroom with shower and free toiletries. An oven, a microwave and stovetop are also offered, as well as a coffee machine and a kettle. Magnificent place with great view. Amazing garten and very nice atmosphere in the cottage. Yannick, the guy who checked us in, is very nice and very helpful! You have everything you need - iron, washing machine, soaps, shampoo, towels for the beach, etc.

The rustic self-catering units at La Vieille Cheminée, Tropical Farm & Eco-Lodges are equipped with air conditioning, a fully-equipped kitchen and barbecue facilities. 3 of the cottages boast a fireplace. Each en-suite bathroom is equipped with a shower and free toiletries. We had a wonderful winter surrounded by the natural beauty of Mauritius. The fresh air and the unique atmosphere of the eco-village, along with the cozy lodges, made our stay exceptional. Every evening, we enjoyed barbecues by the fireplace. The hiking and horseback riding experiences for our daughter were also delightful. Both breakfast and dinner provided by the hotel were perfect, thanks to the fresh, high-quality ingredients used.

We had a suite with private pool with sea view a little way from the main lodge so were transported by golf cart. Staff were excellent and meals had acceptable options. Extra cost al la carte also available. A perfect place for a complete chill out.

The villa was great, large and super comfortable. Ashley waited for us and was so kind, on our arrival- left a cheese and meat platter, some beers and soft drinks; this was such a kind gesture! The villa is large, we loved chilling by the pool and the terrace! The villa was so well equipped, probably the best we ever had! You could walk about 10 minutes to the beach but we drove most of the times. There is lots of great restaurants nearby and we would recommend the safari just 10 mins from the villa!
