The hosts are wonderful and caring and provided excellent service in helping us decide on tours and guides. Overall, it was extra special in every way! The staff was very kind and attentive. The shower had hot water. The surroundings are nice, you eat in the morning surrounded by birds and flowers. The hike to Maderas starts at the entrance of the hotel, and the staff can help you to arrange a guide.
