Just an incredible place - 'cabin' is understating it. The views across to Auckalnd and Rangitoto alone are worth the price, but it's the little touches that make this place special: all the fittings are metal where possible, the finishing is exceptional, and the wine is from across the road. It gave our stay a feeling of luxury and care that was beyond the price. It was also probably the best bed we've ever had - it shaped itself to us in a way neither of us had experienced before.

It is located in a rustic location just off the main road. Less than 5 minutes from a beautiful beach, that had full faculties and a small selection of vendor food available, the pizza trailer was excellent. 10 minute walk to town and local bus stops within 300 meters of the property. The European Breakfast was excellent with homemade muffins. Also has an afternoon tea if your around the property, if not a small plate of sweets we're waiting in the room.

The simple layout with two bathrooms and laundry was great! We’ll definitely be back again for a longer stay.

Peaceful, very clean, modern and chic furnishings incl bed and linen, building is old and with character, the two bedrooms were very spacious, wonderful doors that opened to the balcony that overlooked the trees and pond below, and a glimpse of the sea beyond, Prime Tv that kept us entertained in bad weather, and wonderful personal touches like a welcome bag of chocolates. It was great meeting Clare who welcomed us warmly and showed us in.

One of the best luxury accommodation places we have stayed around the world. Quiet and relaxing.

Maxwell's Golf Retreat, ubicado en Bombay, ofrece wifi gratis, y los huéspedes pueden aprovechar un jardín, un restaurante y un bar. Host was wonderful, friendly and very welcoming. The location was easy to find, quiet and relaxing with plenty of parking. Kitchen was well equipped for us to prepare our continental breakfast. Restaurant/bar had wonderful views over the golf course. Would definitely stay there again.
