Pierre and Manon who are running this property with a lot of LOVE are incredible people worthy of admiration! They bought a house with a good amount of land around it and have constructed several cabins, a yoga deck, a restaurant and a boat house over the last few years. Ataraxia has its own pier, so boatmen will easily take you there from Isla Colon. At the back of the property, there is a nature reserve, a jungle with so many treasures! We were able to spot the red frogs, caimans, a racoon, yellowtail birds, giant turquoise butterflies, turtles, giant ants, we rented a free kayak and paddled through the mangroves nearby, and we walked on several occasions to Old Bank, the main village on Isla Bastimentos, and once to Wizzard Beach. Manon also booked us a trip to Zapatilla (including sloth, dolphin and starfish spotting and snorkeling) and Pierre arranged our transportation to the airport. Several ideas for activities in the area conveniently presented in a booklet in the room (Zapatilla trip, Wizzard Beach hike, Red Frog & Polo Beach, bio-luminescence tour, etc.). Free kayaks and snorkeling gear available. If you are into botany and medicinal plants, you will have a lot to talk about with Pierre who planted so many of them around the property. Running a guesthouse in the middle of the jungle is a hard task, yet the couple somehow manage it and always keep smiling and interacting with guests at all times. Thank you very much, we will never forget our stay with you! You are a true inspiration! Be aware that: there is no hot water or AC and you cannot use a hairdrier, as the place runs on solar energy. There is wifi. Rooms are cleaned daily and are very spacious. Cold drinks available in the common fridge and option to have dinner. Tasty and creative breakfast included.

Great hospitality and a quiet jumping-off point to explore Bocas. We loved the view, the eco aspect, and kayaking through the mangroves. Thank you also to the hosts for being so helpful as Bocas takes a bit of know-how for a first-timer - they helped us book tours and water taxis. Wish we'd had more time just to relax and enjoy their gorgeous property!

The rustic and ecological Tesoro Escondido Ecolodge Cabinas offers accommodation in Big Bluff Beach. Located in a secluded area of Colon, this property uses solar panels. Beautiful location, amazing views, extremely friendly personnel, delicious food and two private beaches!

Matatagpuan wala pang 1 km mula sa Carenero Noreste Beach, nag-aalok ang Pure Roots ng restaurant, bar, at accommodation na may balcony at libreng WiFi. We had a wonderful time at this place. You are surrounded by jungle. The huts are very cozy and they have everything you need. Jen is the host of this accommodation and she lovingly takes care of her guests. There is a delicious breakfast and she helps you organize any activities you want to do. We will remember this accommodation for a long time.

Absolutely gorgeous location. We enjoyed hiking, kayaking, and relaxing. The small resort size contributed to friendly conversation amongst the international clientele. Staff was great and attentive to every need.

Great experience staying on a unique place very surrounded by beautifull nature...monkeys,frogs bats and much more amazing beach very tranquile in the área where the cabin is located.and the host is an excellente carpinter and hyman been always very interested in making your stay as best as possible.

Maxxi and Jane were such great hosts. Jungle Paunch is a fantastic place to stay, and I would absolutely come back to this place. It's right down the road from the ocean and within walking distance to a few restaurants. The howler monkeys are loud in the morning, but it's exciting to be able to stay in nature and experience it so closely. Overall, you are instantly relaxed when you arrive at Jungle Paunch.

Nag-aalok ng mga tanawin ng dagat, ang El Clandestino sa Bocas Town ay nag-aalok ng accommodation, shared lounge, terrace, restaurant, bar, at water sports facilities.  The food was amazing fresh healthy cooked to perfection. Snorkeling was available at no extra cost. It was absolutely beautiful stand up, paddle and inflatable Kayak was also available at no extra cost. The water was calm overall, it was fantastic I would highly recommend this place to friends and family.
