The selling point is certainly the view! The lodge is nestled on a hill and you can see Machu Picchu from a distance. The room was clean and comfortable but very basic. We had a nice area to sit outside and watch the sunset. There was a crazy intense storm that evening and it was an unforgettable and amazing show to watch from the cabin! I was very impressed with dinner, especially since it was just a father and son (I think?) running the lodge and restaurant and they covered dinner for over 20 people. It was a little late to come out, but it was the best meal I had during our Salkantay trek. Hats off to you!

Eco Quechua Lodge is an eco-friendly lodge offering private balconies with river and mountain views. Guests can take canopy, coffee, water falls, hot springs and hiking excursions. Ruth and Wilder were just great and made us feel incredibly welcome and cared for! Beautiful lodge, a little oasis of calm and peace. Perfect after a busy day visiting Machu Pichu and a very welcome breath of fresh air compared to the very touristy Aguas Calientes.

Nagtatampok ang Sonidos del Ande Wasi ng terrace, pati na accommodation na may libreng WiFi at kitchen sa Pisac, 36 km mula sa Wanchaq Station. The family is amazing- I learned more Spanish from Tania and a bit of Quechua, too. The hostel has many beautiful plants and it feels very tranquil. Thanks! I hope to be back:)

Stan and Edith are delightful hosts- so helpful and friendly. They helped us to organise some riding with their friend and gave us great info about a lovely local walk to Pumamarca. The room was really comfy and clean and the breakfast was great.

Also private space and room to dine together. I also loved the pets , made me smile every morning when I saw them

It’s in a great location away from everything. There is a beautiful river nearby and a great stroll through the jungle as well. There is lots of wildlife. We saw all sorts of mammals and birds. The cabins are beautifully made and the very comfortable and clean. The shower is exceptional. They even offer you gumboots which are great to get around in.
