We adored this sweet homestay in Dong Van. It’s located just out of the town but not out of your way at all, perched up looking over the mountains and their beautiful garden. Every detail is so lovely and thoughtful. The food is the best we’ve found on the Ha Giang loop, the dogs are so cute and the room was very comfortable. We love the style, kindness & peaceful vibe. Highly recommend staying here :)

The staff are lovely, the food is authentic local Vietnamese, and the place is spotless. The Palm is one of the nicest places I’ve stayed. Sure, it’s a bit out of town, but that's a good thing, as Ha Giang City isn’t why you make the journey. It’s for the views and the escape! My wife and two children stayed five nights.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Dong Van Cliffside House, which was a lovely experience! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and a stunning view of the mountains and the town below. The location is perfect, offering a serene escape while being close to the town center and the beautiful Đồn Cao viewpoint. The rooms are spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with all the amenities you could need. The hot shower was highly appreciated after a rough ride up to Dong Van. The staff at Dong Van Cliffside House went above and beyond to make our stay special. They were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any requests, including doing our huge pile of laundry and making a booking for our next stay on the Ha Giang loop. Overall, we can't recommend Dong Van Cliffside House enough. Whether you're finishing the Ha Giang Loop or just looking for a peaceful retreat, this is the perfect place to stay!

Brand new build by the owner. Very friendly. Food is great. The timber work is incredible. Single rooms are clean. Comfortable. Soft beds. Highly recommend.

The owners are very nice, very helpful, and very friendly. They have good food and are will sit down and have a meal with you. Cannot recommend them enough. The property is tranquil and just 2 minutes outside the hustle and bustle of Ha Giang. Great value for money and a great experience.

In Ha Giang, Homestay Hoàng Vũ pakub tasuta WiFi-ühendust ning külalised saavad nautida aeda, terrassi ja restorani. Very serene place surrounded by beautiful pine forests all around. Mother nature in this form at its best. Well kept a place for a comfortable stay. Air is the cleanest if not pure. I highly recommend the place to those who cherish the nature without least disturbance. Food is excellent, special and enough in quantity with local brewed whisky to add the flavor and satiate your taste buds. On top of everything, the man at the helm is a humble gentleman who makes it sure that you leave the homestay as a satisfied and happy visitor with an urge to visit again. A very humble Host.....!!!

WiFi-ühendus on tasuta. friendly manager first i booked dorm, when i went there climate is too hot so, the manager advised me to take room as no AC in dorm. The room which i got has nice mountains view.

More importantly the owner of the lodge is super nice and he was so nice to arrange entire Ha Giang trip for us with a very detailed schedule. He also arranged a great taxi service from Ha Giang to Dong Van. The car was very clean and new. The driver of the taxi was super friendly and nice. The hotel itself is very new. Oh yes. final thing. its room window offer a clear view of the Lung Cu Flag Post tower and in the morning you can have one of the best views of sun rise !!
