We absolutely LOVED this Hotel! The staff was professional, very friendly, and were more than willing to accommodate our requests. The room was very clean and updated. It was a pleasant place to stay after a long flight. I love the quirkiness of being over a pub, and I was pleasantly surprised that we heard little to no noise in our room. The location is just close enough to the beach district to make it walkable. Overall, we had a wonderful stay, and will definitely make this our "go-to" hotel whenever we are in Sydney!

Located in Sydney, 7.7 miles from Sydney Central Station, The Bexley Motel has accommodations with a shared lounge, free private parking, a restaurant and a bar.

We were lucky the usual rate was reduced by 50%. Traffic noise was constant in this particular room ( no 1) next to a major road and with extra windows. Luckily we had excellent ear plugs and were only there to sleep. We enjoyed our stay but thought the TV was hard work. Owner should take advantage of asset write-off tax concessions to upgrade windows to double glazed and upgrade to smart TV. As we booked last minute checkin involved a longish wait around 10 mins. We liked the free parking and bottleshop adjacent to bldg.

It was disappointing. The side tables in the room were broken, and the window screen was damaged. It didn’t feel comfortable or well-maintained at all. For over $300, I expected much better. It felt more like a cheap motel than a proper hotel. I don’t think it’s worth the money, and I would suggest others look for a different place to stay.

The area this hotel was in was good. Not far from the train and only one stop away from bondi beach which was great. It wasn’t a fantastic room but it did its job and I’d stay again!

    We were quoted $161 we were charged $189 The place was dirty, the water pressure was very poor, the shower only Luke warm, the milk in the morning was frozen, mould, cracked tiles, hair dryer didn’t work, cracked broken power points didn’t work towel rails broken off , jug was broken Worst motel I have ever stayed in zero stars and got ripped off for $28, I want it back please I have dozens of pictures

    Location was good for a cheaper motel. Short walk to the Mall and the train station. Room was air conditioned which worked well. Shower was hot.

    Great location basically on the sea front with free parking. Reception staff very friendly and quick during check in. Room clean and comfortable. Our 1 bedroom apartment had a terrace overlooking the pool, was worried at first that it would be noisy but that was not the case. Would recommend this property to anyone.
