A pleasant surprise for an unexpected last minute stay in a fairly industrial area in outer Melbourne. This is a very well appointed hotel with excellent good sized rooms with a comfortable bed. Staff are friendly and the food in the restaurant was excellent if a bit slow in coming, probably due to an understaffed kitchen that night. Free parking always appreciated.

The property is new & fresh. The beds were the comfiest motel beds ever. Everything was nice & clean & they actually had full length mirrors in the rooms, which is a first. Buffet breakfast & barista made coffee was delicious & staff were very friendly

Phoned to delete the booking claiming no availability, when going onto booking.con to find somewhere was still showing availability. Giving them credit for contacting me in person to let me know but systems should be kept up to date. On a positive note thatk.you to chadstone motel for having a marvelous room!

Ok, to say I loved this place was an understatement. I travel a fair bit and often hotels have a few let down which is to be expected. But this place was great. I wish this place was centrally located to the city as I would book it every time I come to Melb. The staff were SUPER friendly and helpful even when I needed to extend my stay by an extra night. Room is really clean and modern. Shut out blinds, good heating and cooling. Comfy beds and extra pillows. Great bar area, free parking and across the road from a bunch of food outlets.
