Totally old school 1960s motel vibe, and showing its age in many places. But it all works and it's a great location and great bang for the buck at this price point.

Location, pool, restaurant. Doesn’t pretend to be anything other than what it is, a good basic motel style property. Staff at reception wear great.

Location and staff we had a horrific vibration in our room due to works being carried out next door (nothing to do with the motel) and the staff was quick to move us to another room.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. It was good having breakfast included and the washing facilities were great as we had just spent a week on the road and needed to wash most of our clothes. The room was clean and housekeeping was provided daily.

We chose this motel for the parking right outside our room and the attractive price. The room was very clean, spacious, with a well equipped kitchenette, private patio and the free breakfast delivered to our room an added treat. The use of a laundry was handy too. The location between Mindil beach and the Esplanade was perfect. I would definitely recommend.

Hotel is in a great location on the waterfront, close to restaurants and cafes. The onsite pool is lovely and private while giving you a view of the waterfront. The onsite restaurant was convenient for breakfast for early tour pick-ups and had good coffee. It was only a 10-minute walk across the skybridge to get into Smith Street or to the pier for cruises and more restaurants.

Very good value for money. Good location with free parking. Rooms are typical motel fare but very comfortable. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was a simple affair but did the trick.
