Aaron Motel is centrally located within a 5 minute drive of the main streets, airport, ferry terminal and railway station.

Location walking distance to city center mall, Bed was very comfortable, Aircon very effective, pool was clean and refreshing. Had a very comfy recliner chair. Was far enough away from the major roads the traffic noise was nonexistent. Full size fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, plates and crockery, once you stock the fridge is no real need to go out.

If you are travelling though and looking for options to stay this is not the place, unless it's a last resort. Booked online as night falls roads were unsafe to travel but wishes were pushed to Rockhampton instead of stopping. Said reception was open from -2-9.30. arrived at 8pm reception was shut. Rang the number no answer, get a text msg stating they were busy to answer the phones. Told them I had a reservation. Confirmed details told me keep was in lock box safe gave me code and room number. Pulled up to our room old man sitting outside on his wheelchair door open, we could see into his room hoarder and junk all over the floor. Then a young girl came out on the other side of our room who was polite then went back in. Noticed no car another residential person living there as we tried to settle in the room we could here here lighter flicking from their room and smell drugs they were smoking. Make me feel really uncomfortable especially having two young children with us. Tv wouldn't work. Msg the person in-charge tv wasn't working and asked me to check it it was turned on at the switch. Like really... Took forever to respond back his options were to come down fix tv or go to a new room. We opted for a new room. He said keep will be in the lock box. Getting everything back out into the car their big massive cockroaches crawling around our bags, guessing they coming from the hoarder room next door. When to get the new key not in lock box text and rang person in charge no answer. After 1 hour later in text he said he will hand me the key. The person in charge came outside and reached as far as he could to hand me the key as he was scared and didn't say a word. Time now is 10pm the new room upstairs was good cleanish, not fresh, no cockroaches in this one. We just all passed out and got out of their quick smart early morning.

Featuring a tropical setting, the Reef Adventureland Motor Inn offers an outdoor pool and free Wi-Fi access. A 15-minute walk from Tannum Sands Beach, it provides free on-site parking.

The property's location is brilliant - walking distance to cafes, restaurants, shops, etc. The (upstairs) room was spacious with the option of flow-through fresh air, had lovely ocean views, an oh-so comfy bed and pillows, the staff were welcoming and friendly, the car access and parking were excellent, and the whole property well maintained. We wouldn't stay anywhere else in Tannum Sands!

The room and the location of the motel was fantastic with beautiful views from our room over the harbour. An unforgettable experience and we will definitely return when we can. The staff went above and beyond to fix a booking issue.

We did not book this place to live somewhere fancy. Still, we were very surprised by the easy check-in, good beds, nice shower, and other basic amenities. There is a fantastic value for money at the Harbour Lodge Motel. Trevor was accommodating as well.

As always been staying at this motel many times and never once disappointed. Room was very clean and spacious as usual. Bed was very comfortable and room has a nice view. Parking is excellent and you can park your car right in front of room. Nick the owner is very friendly and welcoming and Nick will make every effort to accomodate one’s request. Location is excellent as it is walking distance to restaurants and cafes. I have no hesitaion in recommending CQ motel for your next business or leisure trip.

Only the location of the motel but the rest of the facilities are terrible. This was the worst motel we ever stayed in in our 60 years of journey. This should not be in Australia and not be in Bookings.com
