Pleasantly surprised, and surpassed my expectations. Receptionist was friendly, room is spacious, bed is ultra comfortable, shower was very clean. Room even had fridge, microwave and coffee machine.

The staff was very friendly. We arrived quite early and they managed to get a room ready for us almost right away even tho we were hours before check-in. We really appreciated that because we were tired from our trip and had two cranky kids with us. The room was clean and the beds comfy. It was a super short walk to a beautiful beach. Lots of restaurants around and a corner store right outside the motel.

    We just needed a night to stay close by our hiking spot so location wise, it was perfect. The room was clean and even had a shared area for coffee and a microwave which helped. Overall decent and comfortable for a motel.

    The kind lady manager let me plug in my freezer for the night. I had fish in it, so I really appreciate her kindness. The location was also amazing, fantastic scenery so everyone should plan to spend a week at her motel there at Val David QC.

    We are a group of friends that were participating to a near by event. It was close enough. We took the look of the motel has a joke and laughed about it. It helped to deal with everything that was wrong with this place.

    This is a B&B, not a motel. Location was picturesque. Building, sleeping room and separate washrooms were immaculate and completely modern. The owner, who acts sometimes as the caretaker, was pleasant and considerate as were the other caretakers. No hot food but varied breads, fruits, cheeses and some cereal in the French style. The night we were there he provided a bonfire. Swimming and kayaking in the river are possible.
