Located 10.4 km from University of Phoenix Stadium, this Tolleson motel offers an outdoor pool and hot tub. All air-conditioned rooms are equipped with a fridge.

Don't get me wrong, if you are desperate it will do the job. But as a tourist from Europe I stayed in top hotels and also in 4$ a night hostels. Premier Inns Tolleaon made me feel like I am in a 3rd world country and while I am trying to stay real and expect the usual problems that come with a cheap accommodation such as blocked drains and most stuff not working.. Everything is made so stupid, so noisy, walls are quite literally paper thin, pavement Infront of the rooms looks like specifically designed to make as much as possible noise of luggage wheels. No openable window??? Inside smells like a moldy bathroom that has never ever been clenaed. The only way to sleep(because of the nonstop outdoor activities) is quality earplugs, I use professional 3M ones. I would never ever book this place again. The top joke was the PAID WIFI, in booking.com said free WiFi and there it turned out it was paid. Are you joking? I understand you want to make money, but nowadays the internet is the essential basic right, especially while you are in hospitality and expect people from other countries. So you get NO from me.

Staff was kind and courteous. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. I had to move to motel because my air conditioning went out. In Phoenix heat, that was serious.

I liked how close it was to the airport and the central areas had prettt fountains but that didn’t necessarily match the overall cheap motel style of the rooms

For it being a cheap motel I really thought it was nice. Reviews made it seem like tons of homeless people hang out around it but it wasn't that bad.

Full time residents running drugs and prostitution from rooms, we had people knocking on our door at 2am looking for their woman, drug addicts and homeless living in parking lot walking around. Pictures of this motel on google should be fraudulent, homeless showering in the green pool on Saturday etc… dirty room, broken toilet seat, dirty shower, sheets had stains.

The bathroom had no door, the tub was clogged up, front door didn't close properly and we were charged twice for the stay. Booking.com charged us when reserving the room and the motel charged me again when getting the room. How can we get reimbursed for the extra $140 we paid? My number is 602-425-9752. Robert Keith
