Located of Highway 101, this Mesa motel offers guest rooms with cable TV. Arizona State University is 8 minutes’ drive away and a light rail system is 3 blocks away.

For what my son and I need the room for the value was great. It was only a two-night stay, and we really only needed the room for sleep. It was as we expected from a motel. The fridge was a plus. We were there for a baseball tournament and on a low budget, not to vacation lavishly. It served its purpose comfortably.

This place was absolutely unacceptable in every way. It's dirty, disgusting and in a horrible location. I chalked it up as a loss because the place looked shady. Never stay here.

Staff was kind and courteous. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. I had to move to motel because my air conditioning went out. In Phoenix heat, that was serious.

I liked how close it was to the airport and the central areas had prettt fountains but that didn’t necessarily match the overall cheap motel style of the rooms

For it being a cheap motel I really thought it was nice. Reviews made it seem like tons of homeless people hang out around it but it wasn't that bad.

Full time residents running drugs and prostitution from rooms, we had people knocking on our door at 2am looking for their woman, drug addicts and homeless living in parking lot walking around. Pictures of this motel on google should be fraudulent, homeless showering in the green pool on Saturday etc… dirty room, broken toilet seat, dirty shower, sheets had stains.

The bathroom had no door, the tub was clogged up, front door didn't close properly and we were charged twice for the stay. Booking.com charged us when reserving the room and the motel charged me again when getting the room. How can we get reimbursed for the extra $140 we paid? My number is 602-425-9752. Robert Keith
