I arrived to Egypt midnight and my check in was until 11:30 am, needed to check in earlier and Mr. Hisham was available late at night to take my call, and accommodate my check in that late.! My room has more than 2 beds and the entire place was very clean and neat. Reception desk personnel “Ahmed” greeted me with smile all the time, assisted me with my bags after long flight I took that day, and was always courteous to assist in any way he could. 24 hours security and reception were there. I extended my stay for few more days and I will always consider to reserve this place due to the courtesy of the owner and his management team of the place.
