This was a gem sitting in the heart of Brookings. It's a small little room that has a small kitchen, not just some little microwave/refrigerator kind of kitchen. It's a full kitchen with supplies like pots and pans. I think it was stated that it was 450+- square feet. It also had a bedroom, with a TV in both rooms. The price I paid, while it was the winter rates, was $119.00 w/tax. I know it will increase during the summertime, but I think it is still a good value. I can't tell you enough how nice this place is. Go there and see for yourself.

Located directly on the beach, this Lincoln City motel just 4 miles from Chinook Winds Casino offers free Wi-Fi in all guest rooms. An indoor swimming pool and hot tub are available for guest use. Large room with well-equipted kitchen and spectacular view! The front desk staff were both friendly and helpful. Extremely easy check in. I would definitely stay there again.
