Attention to detail with items in the suite and being accommodating when I wanted to add another adjoining room later. Also allowing a very late check out without additional cost was wonderful so we didn't have to sit in the airport for hours!

Domaine de Châteauvieux se nachází uprostřed svěžích zelených zahrad, 10 km východně od Ženevy, na břehu řeky Rhôny. Nabízí vybranou kuchyni a okouzlující pokoje. It is a very charming place. We did not expect it to be SO beautiful. Also they have a very special restaurant there. Unfortunately, one guest left his dog in the room and the dog was barking. Because of this we had to wake up earlier than we wanted. The staff offered us a breakfast for free what was very nice and cheered us. Accidents can happen in every hotel, but a good hotel knows how to handle such situations. Good job 👍

A special mention to Fabien, who was particularly attentive and ensured everything went smoothly during my stay. His professionalism and warm service added to the overall experience. Overall, La Réserve Geneva is a fantastic place to unwind, with a team that genuinely cares about its guests. I would definitely return and highly recommend it.

The Hotel Beau Rivage, which is near the UN's Palais des Nations in the center of Geneva, provides expansive views of Mont Blanc and Lake Geneva. Wi-Fi is provided for free. The hotel location and facilities were outstanding . The staff were extremely helpful , friendly and knowledgeable . The room and bathroom were well decorated and had all the amenities required .
