Flo and the staff were all super friendly and helpful, the Hotel was central and easy to access from everywhere. The room was clean and tidy. Overall the stay was great. Also we spoke to the staff in advance before arrival, and we were able to get our room earlier

We had a problem with the bathroom basin. Staff could not rectify the problem so offered to change us to a new more superior room. They were so attentive
