The experience exceeded all of our expectations. We booked an all inclusive. They have a shuttle service, and can bring you straight from/back (to) the airport free of charge. the check-in doesn't really feel like one. They got us seated around a table with drinks, enjoying the sea view while they where taking care of carrying our luggage and all the paperwork. The lodge was cosy, no tv nor wifi, but we didn't felt they were needed as the sea view is stunning! The service and catering quality was far above what you could find in most 4 stars hotels in France ! The meals were diversed and exquisite. From Moroccan traditional to more occidental gastronomic dishes. The chef absolutely killed it every time. All the staff was kind to us, making sure that we were enjoying it. Special thanks to ayoub, houda ottman the cook chef, the manager lady and all the others I can't name!

From the moment we arrived, I was impressed with the warm and welcoming atmosphere, the attention to detail, and the high level of professionalism displayed by your staff. Throughout my stay, I was continually impressed by the level of service provided by Noureddine and Sanae. Thy were very friendly, helpful, and went out of their way to ensure that we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The room was clean and well-appointed, and we appreciated the thoughtful touches such as the breakfast and super. Overall, I could not have been more pleased with my experience at your facilities. The level of service and attention to detail truly set your establishment apart, and I would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Probably the most charming owner of Morrocco, with a wonderful place full with beautiful arts, and filled with good people! - Food: The possibility of having meals (tajines) there was very comfortable (and tasty!) for us, as we didn't have our own transport to go to the center/restaurants. - Surf: The partnership with a local surfschool, that comes to pick you up by car was very convenient for us! Having said that, on some days we decided to walk ourselves to the surfbeach, wich was an enjoyable walk of 40 min. - Room: The bungalow we stayed in was beautiful and comfortable, and the breakfast prepared by Kalima every day was very good. - Overall: Off all the different places we've been in Dakhla, this was the best, with a way more local and intimate feel than all the big hotels. In the big hotels we were charged for a second cup of coffee in the morning (despite the full pension!), whereas at Surficscamp, Farrid offers tea to anyone during the day. Also, he was kind enough to give us a free ride to the airport. More importantly his smile and good energy is so contagious that you very soon feel like being with family or friends, instaed of being a customer. If you go to Dakhla, this place shoud defenitely be on your list, as it is a real authentic gem, providing an experience/ambiance that you won't be able to find somewhere else!

This is our first time visiting the city of Dakhla, especially Nurt Lagoon, and I can't find the words to describe this wonderful, perfect, tranquil, and breathtaking place for both the eye and the heart. I struggle to express the generosity of hospitality at Nurt Lagoon and the kindness and dedication in serving customers, making you feel at home. The staff is truly ideal, respectful, and devoted to their work, giving their best to satisfy you. I’m talking about Mr. Bashir, the epitome of generosity and beautiful stories, as well as the master of desert tea, who treated us multiple times in various places with everything needed—utensils, a desert setting, and without any fatigue or boredom. He added to the beauty of the place with an enjoyable atmosphere that you never tire of. Then there's Naila, the young girl who prepares the tastiest breakfast with skill and finesse. Though young, she excels in her accomplishments and dedicated service, showing great respect while spreading joy and happiness with her cheerful conversations and laughter that fills the space. And I can't forget Soufiane, the quick, helpful, cheerful assistant who is always there to help with whatever you need, as well as Laila, who was the first to greet us and took us from the airport and back. She describes the place and the city, suggesting everything you could think of regarding activities and enjoyment. It’s a place that is never lacking in beautiful sunshine, with breathtaking views of the sunrise and sunset, white sands that dance in the wind adding to the charm, the tranquil sounds of the desert, and the stars shining brightly at night. You can clearly see the Milky Way from your balcony, along with the sunrise that fills your space, waking you up to a beauty you won’t find anywhere else. I also can't forget the most delicious dishes and their unforgettable taste. Though I haven’t met the chef, I send my warmest greetings and appreciation for their amazing efforts.
