Our experience at this apartment was a highlight on our 6 week European trip. Our apartment overlooking a snowy River was amazing with a fully equipped kitchen, super comfy bed and beautiful shower. The owner of the hotel was incredibly friendly and helpful during our 3 day stay, even while managing a new born child. We were very impressed. Also a special mention is needed of the beautifully presented breakfast each morning. It was a feast for the eyes with special smoothies made for us each day. Great stay.

The room was incredibly spacious, warm, modern, and cozy, equipped with every comfort you could need. The location is unbeatable—right in the old town of Vipiteno/Sterzing, just steps away from the iconic Zwölferturm (Torre dei Dodici). The staff was so friendly and welcoming; I felt pampered from the moment I arrived. They informed me right away about an event happening the evening of my stay, which included music until midnight. To ensure my comfort, they assigned me a room on the opposite side of the hotel from the event. The rooms are well soundproofed, so I wasn’t disturbed at all. You can dine at the restaurant on the ground floor, also run by the hotel owners. The food is delicious and high quality, offering a mix of local specialties and classic Italian dishes like pizza. Breakfast on certain days is served at a nearby pastry shop, just a short walk from the hotel. The staff there was also very welcoming and friendly, and the breakfast options were great. All of this reflects the incredible hospitality of Südtirol, which made me feel at home in the best possible way. Congratulations to Evi and Ulli for everything! This is truly a wonderful place with top-notch hospitality.
