The place is wonderful on multiple fronts: 1) Design - super simple yet sleek Scandinavian design. Huge windows and beds almost under the stars. 2) Location: very convenien, between Schladming and Planai/Dachstein (10-15min either way). So all you need from hiking to swimming is at your fingertips. Literally, since you see all of the mountains from the huge windows. 3) Host: friendly, easy to communicate and very easy going. 4) Facility: fully equipped kitchen, clean and comfy apartment. Already trying to plan a come back trip🙂

My stay at COOEE alpin Hotel Dachstein was truly excellent. The location is breathtakingly picturesque, surrounded by stunning mountain views. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making the experience even more enjoyable. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options, and the room was very comfortable, offering everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The sauna was an added bonus, providing a perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring. Highly recommended!

The apartment felt like a wooden house, and all the facilities were perfect. Communication with host was quick and accurate, and she was very friendly and kind. From the balcony, I could see the view of dachstein mountain, which I think is the best view in Austria. Summer cards were also provided for the number of people, and after checking out, I could enjoy nearby cable cars. Highly recommended for tourists traveling to Schladming, Austria.

- Perfect location, directly on xc ski tracks, very calm and dark in the night. - Views both to Planai and Dachstein Sudwand are amazing. And sometimes there are hot air balloons flying by! - Apartments are equipped like a home, there’s a sauna with unbelievably cold minipool, pingpong and table football. - Absolutely no problem with parking. - Christine is a very nice and helpful host, the Gugelhupf cake was so delicious, thank you :)

The location and views were beatiful. Our rooms were very nice, clean and it still smelled new when you entered the apartmen. Also whole hotel was beatiful and new. No complains here, we had a big apartmen with 2 bathrooms for a good price. Big bonus is sommer card, we also chose this accomodation because of it, you have a lot of atractions and cable cars for free in the region, also for Dachstein which was great.

Apartments are spacious and view over Dachstein panorama is amazing. Also it is short walk to Schladming center with different bars and restaurants. Very close to Plain lift. Breakfast is from fresh products and we liked the option to ask for different type of egg dish every morning (omelette was amazing!).Well equipped kitchen. Staff was polite and helpful. Dog friendly place which was very important for us.

We spent 4 days at Hoferhof and everything was perfect. The hotel offers a breathtaking view of Dachstein and is located directly on the skislope (ski in & ski out). It is well designed and very clean and our room was very comfortable. The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfasts were tasty and plentiful with a great choice of different delicious options. Highly recommended!

The apartment is in a perfect quiet location, in the center of the city but far from the crowds. Perfectly clean, very well furnished. The parking for the car with the remote controlled barrier was also very comfortable. The Schladming Summer card was the big surprise. We could go to many attractions, all the cable cars and even the Dachstein for free.

Hocheggerhof exceeded our expectations. Our apartment was cosy and comfortable, it had all we needed, and we greatly enjoyed fantastic location of the guesthouse. It was great to be able to see panorama of Dachstein from one's bedroom. Owners were very friendly and helpful. Possibility to order fresh milk and bread every morning was a cherry on top.

Apartment is very comfortable, in very nice area which is a fantastic base for a lot of nice day trips in Dachstein area. Clean and spacey, with everything you need to live in superb style during your vacations. Nice restaurants and bars are located less than 1 minute of easy walk, Also very helpful owners and manager, I highly recommend this place.

Great location for hiking, trail running and via ferratas in the Dachstein region in the summer. Apartment was new, fresh and clean. Spacious shower. Small terrace to enjoy al fresco. Ski-room can be used for storing your bicycles. Owners are very friendly and helpful. We liked a lot of their DIY ideas.

Well, the apartment is pristine new, clean, very comfy. We loved the spacious kitchen, comfortable beds and most of all the perfect location in Vorberg. You can reach many of the surrounding attractions within 15 minutes, as well as start your daily hikings in Dachstein area.

everything! most amazing apartment I’ve been in, view are to die for. fully stocked kitchenette with everything you need, modern stylish apartment! great location and you get the Schladming-Dachstein summer card which is awesome. this place was perfection

Apartment reflects the buty of Dachstein region. Everything was really perfect so it has convinced me to visit this place again. Everything was what described in details in advertisement was placed in apartment. I can recomend place and hosts.

Apartments are just behind slope so is very comfortable. Apartments are brand new and very well furnished. I could made Christmass dinner very easily. Sauna after skying is perfect. Very stunning views to Dachstein mountains.

The apartment is well equipped, super clean and has an amazing Dachstein view. We liked everything very much. Internet worked well, parking was also easy. The host, Wilma is super nice, we will definitely come back.

The apartment was fantastic. Three balconies including a very large one with one of the best possible views of Dachstein. We even had two bathrooms and there was enough parking space, at least for the season.

Our studio apartment was very clean and confortable with a great location and view to Dachstein from our balcony. It is easy to reach many attractions like Dachstein glacier, Silberkarklamm and Schladming.

The hotel have a indoor pool and sauna. Nice restaurant and bar. Our room was equiped with coffee maker and small fridge. Room clean and comfortable. Balcony with view of Dachstein.

Very Austrian and whilst I am Austrian, I have been out of the country for 46 years. Hotel Dachstein is simply a typical Austrian venue which both my wife and I love
