The staff were incredibly kind, pleasant, and always ready to assist. The food was also outstanding. This was a very important week for me, and the experience exceeded all my expectations. Sigi Moerisch is a 'hands on' CEO. He really works hard to make sure everything is perfect for his guests. Elizabeth also works very hard and pays close attention to detail. The staff was very polite and efficient during our stay and the property is immaculate. There is a real 'Zen' feeling to the grounds of the hotel and the Golf course is readily accessible. The food was outstanding and ample in quantity. We would definitely highly recommend this property for a relaxing vacation.

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by all of the staff and the owner made sure he talked to all of his guests. The room was superb with a wonderful view of the mountains and part of the lake. The bed was very comfortable and the room had all the facilities that we needed. There was a wide selection of food on offer for breakfast and the bar was great for an evening drink - we were pleasantly surprised to have live music as well. The hotel goes above and beyond with little extra touches which made us feel valued even though we were only staying for one night.
