The lady at reception (don't know if she was the owner, but felt that she was) was extremely polite and of service. Hotel was extremely clean. Location was great. The beds where perfect. When I go back to Stubai, will not even look at other hotels if this one is available.

This 4-star superior hotel is located in Neustift in the Stubai Valley, directly opposite the lift into the Elfer skiing and hiking area. It offers free Wi-Fi and an indoor pool. The Spa was incredible! We are from the states and haven't ever experienced a European Spa before. We were nervous but once we did it the first time, we kept coming back! We went in September, the weather was beautiful and the views were outstanding! There is a Gondola right outside the hotel, buses make it easy to travel and are just a two minute walk from the hotel, the staff is very kind. We were backpacking for over a week before we got to this hotel and we were feeling very rugged after a full day of travel. When we checked in, we were given "welcome drinks" at the bar while a bell hop took our bags up to our room. We instantly were relaxed and felt taken care of. Our stay at Sporthotel was the highlight of our visit to Innsbruck.

We loved this hotel, we spent 3 nights here in December. The staff was friendly and helpful, it is a beautiful hotel with an authentic style and all the facilities are excellent. Our room was large, and the balcony had a wonderful view of the valley. We enjoyed all our meals here, a large breakfast buffet, a nice lunch buffet and a superb multi- course dinner. The pool and spa area was very large, we enjoyed afternoons in the sauna, and it was never crowded. I picked this hotel because I wanted to enjoy some hiking while also being close to Innsbruck, and this location was perfect for that. We walked just a short ways to a beautiful hiking trail up the mountain, and Innsbruck center was just a 30 minute drive away. I would love to return to this hotel and stay longer next time.

Located 1.5 km from the centre of Tyrolean Neustift, the Familotel Kindl is amidst the skiing area of Stubaital Valley. An awesome place for kids and to ski. We had a lovely time. The hotel is well equipped and perfect for kids. The owner is nice and the restaurant staff is trained well. We will come back for sure.

Staff - extremely helpful, kind and friendly. The woman at the front desk was great! Location - the hotel is surrounded by mountains and the view in the evening and in the morning are splendid. However, to get there, you will probably need to have a car. Room - it is a very nice room, spacious room with a nice bathroom. Balcony is spacious and a place, where you can enjoy a view on the surrounding area. Bed linen and towels are provided (also bathrobes). WiFi - WiFi was great, it was working nicely. Parking - there is enough parking spots in front of the hotel. Swimming pool - it is decent size, nice to relax and enjoy the water (note that the water is warm-cool). Open till 22:00. Overall, the hotel is a very nice place and definitely worth to stay there if you visit either Innsbruck or are going to ski.

The place was clean and wel designed. The host is very friendly and gives you all the information you need with a smile. The place it just next to bus stop that takes you to skiing locations. Surrounding are quiet but options for food and drinks are plenty around.

The owners are super friendly and helpful at every aspect. The whole stay is organized with perfect timing and setup for ski holidays: power breakfast in the morning as the starting point for skiing, the ski bus stop right at the doors of the hotel, ski room with racks and driers for every kind of ski equipment and with separate entrance. Upon the return after ski day spa area welcomes everyone for the good recharge, and nice an cozy fireplace is there for those willing to get calm moments after an intense day.
