This 4-star superior hotel is located in Neustift in the Stubai Valley, directly opposite the lift into the Elfer skiing and hiking area. It offers free Wi-Fi and an indoor pool. The Spa was incredible! We are from the states and haven't ever experienced a European Spa before. We were nervous but once we did it the first time, we kept coming back! We went in September, the weather was beautiful and the views were outstanding! There is a Gondola right outside the hotel, buses make it easy to travel and are just a two minute walk from the hotel, the staff is very kind. We were backpacking for over a week before we got to this hotel and we were feeling very rugged after a full day of travel. When we checked in, we were given "welcome drinks" at the bar while a bell hop took our bags up to our room. We instantly were relaxed and felt taken care of. Our stay at Sporthotel was the highlight of our visit to Innsbruck.

We loved this hotel, we spent 3 nights here in December. The staff was friendly and helpful, it is a beautiful hotel with an authentic style and all the facilities are excellent. Our room was large, and the balcony had a wonderful view of the valley. We enjoyed all our meals here, a large breakfast buffet, a nice lunch buffet and a superb multi- course dinner. The pool and spa area was very large, we enjoyed afternoons in the sauna, and it was never crowded. I picked this hotel because I wanted to enjoy some hiking while also being close to Innsbruck, and this location was perfect for that. We walked just a short ways to a beautiful hiking trail up the mountain, and Innsbruck center was just a 30 minute drive away. I would love to return to this hotel and stay longer next time.

Da € 134,90 a notteSiamo una coppia con bambino, abbiamo ottimamente trascorso 15 gg ad agosto; siamo stati molto bene, consiglio l'appartamento per la pulizia, la posizione a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro paese; si tratta di una struttura seminuova e con arredo recente; abbiamo usufruito del servizio pane, molto comodo. Inoltre Stubai Card inclusa che permette inoltre l'utilizzo degli impianti della Stubaital e l'accesso alla piscina di Neustift!

Il gestore dell'hotel è molto premuroso e gentile. Ottima la colazione in un ambiente molto spazioso con grandi vetrate che offrono una vista sulla vallata. In pochi minuti si raggiunge a piedi il centro dell'abitato. La vista dalla camera verso le cime della Stubaital è stata molto gradita.

They took care of us and they have noticed that one of us was having his birthday, they celebrated with us and brought a musician and it was a very nice surprise, we really appreciated this allot. Where to start!! It was amazing! A young man welcomed us, and he was so helpful and nice! We were on a road trip and made a last minute booking and wow we hit the jackpot! They served us delicious dinner (almost to late) and we got to end our 8 hour driving day in their nice sauna and swimming pool. Our room was big, clean and the beds were really comfortable 🙏 Last but not least, the view from our balcony was simply magnificent! 😍 We would stay there again most definitely if we take another trip in this area!

The hotel's rooms were spacious and comfortable. I opted for the half-pension plan, and both breakfast and dinner offered plentiful choices. The spa provided the perfect way to relax after a day of skiing. Additionally, the hotel was conveniently located near the bus station, which offered a quick 20-minute ride to the Stubaier Gletscher.

Struttura meravigliosa in cui ero stata già 10 anni fa. Nonostante gli anni la struttura sembra nuova, si vede che fanno manutenzione regolarmente, trattando il legno e rinnovando gli ambienti infatti la spa rispetto a 10 anni fa è stata cambiata e migliorata ulteriormente. La camera che ci è stata data con vista è meravigliosa, mansardata ma spaziosa, nel balcone c’erano due sedie e un tavolino, ideale per le giornate di pioggia in cui col mio compagno abbiamo mangiato qualche snack godendoci la vista spettacolare. Lo staff gentilissimo, cordiale e disponibile. Dopo 13 anni la batteria della macchina è deceduta e con una chiamata in hotel ci sono venuti ad aiutare con i cavi e ci hanno consigliato da chi andare per sostituirla, ci siamo sentiti accolti e coccolati fin dal primo giorno. La Spa è meravigliosa e c’è una sala relax con lettini ad acqua la cui vista da’ sul ghiacciaio. L’acqua della piscina esterna è leggermente riscaldata ed è davvero piacevole sguazzarci quando fuori piove o fa freddo. Ampio buffet, e menu sempre vari; io allergica ai funghi, dopo averlo comunicato ho ricevuto sempre un occhio di riguardo. C’erano pochissimi italiani e questa cosa ci è piaciuta da morire perché ci ha permesso ancora di più di staccare la mente da tutto. Abbiamo lasciato oggi l’hotel con gli occhi lucidi dal dispiacere. The hotel Alphof was a great hotel! The room was very clean, the food was great. The best part about the hotel was its staff, who were incredible. Every question we asked was answered with a smile and a solution that exceeded our expectations. The Stubai super Card is a great asset to this hotel, we have made great use of it.
