The staff is wonderful—friendly, multilingual, and very accommodating. Breakfast is included and delicious. Plus, there's 24/7 access to coffee, tea, and fresh water from a machine at the reception. There's nothing to complain about; it was a fantastic stay!

The rooms were sparkling clean and modern, and the breakfast was perfect. Waking up to the stunning autumn view of Lake Brienz and the mountains was therapeutic! The hotel is in the charming village Ringgenberg, only 5 mins' drive away from Interlaken and 20-30 mins away from Lauterbrunnen and Grindelwald. I would love to visit again in summers.

It was just a 10 mins walk to the paragliding meetup point and around 5-10 mins walk from Interlaken west station. The room for 5 was very spacious for our family during the stay and I loved that it had a separating door for the 2 rooms which provided a little bit of privacy. The breakfast provided with the stay was excellent with make to order scrambled eggs (cafe standard and very good) and teas from loose leaves + cafe coffee! The croissants were my family’s choice every morning. The staff were very friendly and welcoming during our stay.

Krásný hotel s restaurací v klidném místě interlakenu. Stavba je krásná roubená dřevěnice. Pokoje čisté a velké, Ocenili jsme ručníky různých barev, což je pak při praktickém využití přínosem, že se nepletou. Snídaně bohaté, každý se vybral, vynikající šunky a sýry, bohužel zelenina úplně chyběla. Při ubytování jsme obdrželi kartičku s městskou dopravou po Interlakenu zdarma, což bylo skvělé.
