Very helpful. - breakfast was nice - housekeeping cleaned the rooms twice a day with turndown service which we loved!! - there was always a gift in the room, like chocolate, cake, fruits, etc.. - very thoughtful management - rooms had huge balconies in the suits. - we enjoyed the new year’s eve dinner, the kitchen was very accommodating of our needs and requests.

Camera a fost foarte buna, spatioasa si ingrijita. Am avut si bucatarie in camera. Baia a fost curata. Am apreciat faptul ca am avut loc de parcare gratuit la hotel. Micul dejun a fost bun iar doamna care ne-a servit micul dejun a fost amabila! Amplasarea hotelului este intr-o zona izolata si tacuta, fara nici punct de atractie sau restaurant in zona, dar daca ai venit cu masina, ajungi repede in Lugano.

Un hotel renovat parțial, dar este curat și bine amplasat. De la gară se ajunge cu autocarul nr.2. Păturile și per ele au fost comode, camera și baia curată. Micile imperfecțiuni din baie nu ne-au stricat dispoziția. ;)

Great location Right next to the bus stop. The receptionist was extremely friendly and she helped us with our late checkin. The view is amazing. They also have a swimming pool. Bathroom is great and had a bathtub.

This was our second stay at Hotel Walter au Lac and did not disappoint. It is perfectly located with lovely views and a slightly old-fashioned feel. Breakfast is excellent and we had a very good recommendation for dining from the very helpful reception staff.

We have stayed at many hotels throughout Europe, and the Continental Parkhotel was one of our favorites. It has a beautiful, quiet elegance to it, the rooms and views are lovely, quite a large bathroom & shower for Europe, which we loved! Spacious room & fantastic views. The free breakfast was extensive & delicious and the breakfast room was lovely, all glass with views of the lake and property. And the property itself is worth a stroll, plus don’t miss the evenings (or happy hours!) in the hotel bar/lounge (quite lovely) or the fantastic hotel restaurant. The food was amazing. I can’t say enough about the the hotel, but truly the staff shined the brightest down to each & every one we came into contact with, from Immanuela & Roberta at the Fri t desk that assisted with special requests, to the two bartenders, breakfast room & restaurant staff, housekeeping, everyone is so welcoming. I cannot wait to return & would highly recommend!!!!

Amazing experience! After a long day of hiking we arrived in the cute village of Miglieglia and got immediately enchanted by the Casa San Stefano and it's very welcoming invite. Old, historical building. We were warmly welcomed by the owners and received an upgrade of the room we had booked. Authentic, well-decorated interior. After a very peaceful night, we enjoyed the amazing breakfast with fresh, healthy ingredients and plenty of choice. Would i recommend the place? Definitely!

The staff were really armazing, so friendly! The location is fantastic with stunning views and really good hiking opportunities for different levels (nothing super flat though). a great pool and good treatments at the spa! Food was delicious too!
