Staff was very friendly and accommodating, allowed us late checkout and sent up amenities very fast. Room with balcony had amazing view. The funicular was also very convenient since the hotel is a bit up the hill. It actually very nice because the view is better higher up. Bathroom was very well equipped even with a nice hairdryer.

I proposed to my girlfriend here, the staff were incredibly helpful arranging a photographer for me. Upon arrival we were given a full tour of the property and all questions were answered.

I went in Oct and trip advisor suggested I was taking a risk as weather could be bad. I wanted to experience being above the clouds and or view of town from the mountain. I took the risk and it totally paid off. The view of mountain peaks sticking up in blanket of clouds was amazing. Although, you can do a day trip but you would miss the sunrise and sunset experience from the top. The dinner as well as the view from my room was amazing as well.
