It was impossible to open the door due to the noise and constant people in the restaurant. Many thanks to the administrator Katia for her help and desire to help in changing the number. We paid extra but got a wonderful apartment. In general, the hotel, location and staff are excellent. Thanks a lot

Overlooking Neuchatel's rooftops or Lake Neuchatel, Hotel Alpes & Lac is opposite the main train station. It offers comfortable rooms and free Wi-Fi. I was surprised by the view, even choosing the "city view" room, there was a side window with a lovely view to the lake.
