L'hotel è bello e confortevole, pulizia impeccabile; ottima colazione internazionale servita in una bella sala o in veranda o terrazza con vista sul lago. Ma la cosa che ci è piaciuta di più è la vista dalla camera: la grande finestra dà sul lago di Lucerna e la sera del nostro arrivo il temporale ha dato spettacolo con i lampi che illuminavano il paesaggio e le colline. L'indomani col sole... meraviglia! (vedi foto) Comoda posizione a pochi minuti di auto da Lucerna; grande e comodissimo parcheggio.

The hotel is large and beautiful. All common places are so nice and welcoming. The food is great. The room was large, comfortable bed and we were given wine and treats upon arrival. Most of all, the spa is just amazing. It is huge with 5 saunas I think. Everything is super clean and comfy. They even give soup so you will restore lost electrolytes. The pool is great, and the outside hot tub is on the spot. There are many relaxation areas too. The ridge walk was the most beautiful trail I have ever walked. This is well worth the travel. Overall the value is amazing and the cost is lower than expected in Switzerland. 10/10.

The hotel is lovely and in an amazing location. The lake boats stop is just next to the hotel and the train up to Mount Rigi is less than a minutes walk away. The staff were very helpful both in the hotel and at the tourist office next to the train stop. The views over the lake are stunning. The hotel provide a visitor pass for your stay, which includes free transport around Lake Lucene.

Staying at Seehotel Pilates with our 2-year-old was an absolute delight! The family-friendly atmosphere made us feel right at home. The staff were incredibly accommodating, ensuring our little one had everything he needed. wonderful experience, and we can’t wait to return!

Dal punto di vista paesaggistico Rigi Kaltbad è semplicemente fantastico, la SPA non è grandissima ma mi piace anche per questo, è tenuta molto bene e trovo che sia un’ottima iniziativa sia quella di fare in modo che sia incluso nel prezzo il godimento della stessa i giorni in cui si soggiorna nell’hotel, sia il fatto che sia riservata ai clienti dalle 8 alle 10 di mattina. Un’oasi di quiete immersi nella natura. Ho trascorso un soggiorno perfetto.
