Mountain Paradise in Zermatt has a sauna and a steam room. Quiet surroundings and views of the Matterhorn Mountain can be enjoyed at the property which is located in the Winkelmatten suburb. I was our first time to Zermatt and the place lived up beyond our expectations. Lovely stay in the hotel. The room was clean, spacious, comfortable and on top of that, friendly staffs. View of Matterhorn from our room is just jaw dropping.

In a quiet location in the car-free village of Zermatt, Hotel Capricorn offers magnificent views of the Matterhorn, free in-room WiFi. The room was spacious, clean and quiet. The staff was very helpful and answered all of my questions. The breakfast was very good. What I missed where some fresh vegetables. The view was nice as well, although we were accommodated on the other side of Matterhorn, the view was towards the city.

Situated close to the ski lifts in Zermatt, Alpen Resort & Spa features a restaurant, and spacious rooms with cable TV. We had a good sized room with a large balcony with a view onto the Matterhorn. The bathroom was a bit small but new and had all the needed conveniences. We had "half board" (which means dinner included) and both meal times where excellent every day. Large breakfast buffet and fantastic dinners every night. Super easy to not have to think about food and get totally spoiled every day. I know this is standard in many places in Europe, but for an American it is such an amazing experience. We were treated like family from day one.

The family-run Bristol hotel is situated in a central yet quiet location in Zermatt, between the train station and the Klein Matterhorn cable car. It offers a spa area and free WiFi in all areas. The staff were so friendly and kind! The whole hotel was so cozy, the spa was amazing! Our room was excellent with a super comfortable bed. The breakfast was wonderful, they provide so many options. Will be staying here again if in zermatt again

The front desk Dounia who was very welcoming. I liked the room view which overlooking the summit of Mount Matterhorn, which framed a picture-like view I woke up to every day.
