Verdadeiramente com alma chilota. Muito limpo e muito decorado num estilo muito próprio e local, e muito envolvente. Bom pequeno almoço. Muita atenção e simpatia do pessoal e anfitriã. Uma linda vista dos palafitos vizinhos e sobre a agua os barcos e as aves na sala de estar e pequeno almoço. A mesa é verdadeiramente original (sobre um bote). O quarto muito confortável e acolhedor. Apesar de nao termos vista no quarto era muito arejado com 2 boas janelas. A casa de banho bastante pequena mas funcional para uso à vez Muito perto de um muito bom restaurante e caminhando um pouco do centro e dos principais pontos de interesse de Castro. Apesar de só ter 2 lugares de estacionamento sempre se consegue estacionar na rua.

Palafito 1326 Hotel Boutique Chiloé was a delightful and charming boutique hotel. Our room was comfortable and clean with a lovely view of the inlet. The breakfast was very good with eggs, ham, cheese, fruit, yogurt and freshly baked buns and cake. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We were able to find street parking, but also had the option of parking in a private lot across the street for additional cost. We ate dinner at the lovely restaurant next door. We would highly recommend this hotel.

Roberto and his staff were real sweethearts. I arrived with an upset stomach (first trip to South America and not part of the lucky 50% to be spared traveler's diarrhea), and they took great care of me. I fell in love with Roberto's tea room, the view of the bay and his story. The food was also super tasty, tan rico! I planned to stay there two nights but ended up staying a week. My favorite place in Ancud!

Localizado em Chiloe, o Refugio Pallao apresenta acomodações a 15 km de Castro. É servido um pequeno-almoço gratuito com produtos locais. Our three night stay was wonderful. The staff was responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The setting was beautiful, with abundant birdlife and scenery. The breakfast one of the best we’ve had anywhere, and we did eat at their restaurant two nights and food was excellent. It is a little outside of the main road, but we easily made several day trips and great to come back in the evening to a true Refugio. I would say a car is necessary for this stay.
