I really satisfied with the hotel services and design of building. It’s very clean and fresh. The meals were very nice. There were buffet meals and it’s easy to choose your own favourite food. The hotel also has SPA service and kids rooms.

They answered all questions politely and took extra miles to help to arrange transport and carry luggages. Breakfast are superb and excellent. So many varieties of foods to choose from they even have local Hainanese foods. Love it so much! Room are spacious and very clean too! Highly recommended!

Thank you, Lora, for an amazing experience. We were picked up by a transfer from the airport; the car was spacious and comfortable, fitting four suitcases. The seats had a massage function. Our hotel room was simply luxurious—very spacious, clean, and functional. We also opted for breakfast, which had an incredibly diverse selection. Everything was delicious, and the ingredients were fresh. The staff was very attentive. If we visit Haikou again, we will definitely stay at this hotel.

Great location at the center of Haikou. Staff are really helpful and try their best to assist. Rooms spacious and modernely equipped. The bed is very comfy and the room was very clean. Breakfast was amazing. I made my advice to include breakfast when booking the room. Highly recommend when visiting Haikou Hainan.
