Most of all the service was warm, attentive and giving. Especially Rohit the guest Experience Manager. We were celebrating my wife's birthday and he made sure and this was an unforgettable experience. From upgrading our room to one with an amazing panoramic view over the frozen river. To let us check in early after our early flight arrival and check out late. Also great were Amy and the Hunter who took great care of us. And basically everyone else was so nice. Besides this breakfast and dinner buffet had a huge variety and very high quality.

Harbin worth visiting
Going to Harbin in winters can be challenging. I was wearing almost five clothes below And five above atop 2 caps, two pairs of gloves and a boot over winter stock - nearly 6 kg + clothes. So dress very well especially if you come from warm countries. Ice Festival is too pricey but worth a try. Don't miss out on the Harbin Polarland aquarium near Sun Island Ice Festival place (太阳岛). At RMB 130, it's great place to be. Also don't miss out the Russian Street (中央大街)， Zhongyang Dajie in the evening. If you don't go there, you didn't see Harbin. The Harbin New Synagogue (Harbin Youtai Xin Hui tang - 哈尔滨犹太新会堂)nearly a Km from St. Sophia is another good place if you love History. The Heilongjiang provincial museum near Harbin railway station is not badly maintained place as someone wrote earlier but Confucius temple at Wumiao jie is a waste of time as most of the sections there are closed. However, the Jilesi temple is great place to visit. The city has lots of traffic and vehicular pollution is bad so mask well.
