Boasting a bar, The Ritz-Carlton, Harbin is set in Harbin in the Heilongjiang region, 4.4 km from Harbin Railway Station and 4 km from Saint Sophia Cathedral. Everything. Most of all the service was warm, attentive and giving. Especially Rohit the guest Experience Manager. We were celebrating my wife's birthday and he made sure and this was an unforgettable experience. From upgrading our room to one with an amazing panoramic view over the frozen river. To let us check in early after our early flight arrival and check out late. Also great were Amy and the Hunter who took great care of us. And basically everyone else was so nice. Besides this breakfast and dinner buffet had a huge variety and very high quality.
