The breakfast was fantastic, a large selection of bread with a large selection of different cheeses, ham, paté, pickled herring to go with it. All very good. It also provided scrambled eggs, bacon and sausages, which I did not have for breakfast. The dinner menu was fixed with a starter, a main dish and a desert. We had dinner, which was quite good.

E' una cittadina danese e come tutte, molto tranquilla, molto verde, davvero rilassante e bella da vedere. Non si va per lo shopping ma per respirare quell'atmosfera ancora ovattata che le metropoli hanno ormai perso. Tutto ruota intorno a Hans Christian Handersen e il Funen Village merita una visita

Odense la definirei la città delle fiabe.
Odense la definirei la città delle fiabe. Il centro storico è quasi surreale con tutte le casette colorate. È una città che si vede tranquillamente in mezza giornata. Volendo si può fare in giornata da Copenhagen (1h e mezzo di treno) In pomeriggio sono andata al Funen Village che riproduce un villaggio ai tempi di Hans Christian Andersen. Organizziamo tante attività per bambini

Mi aspettavo molto di più, soprattutto per il fatto che...
Mi aspettavo molto di più, soprattutto per il fatto che nella data del nostro soggiorno c'era la festa di Anderson. Ma in realtà non abbiamo visto nulla, nessun segnale in città salvo nell'omonimo museo. Odense invece diventa importante per visitare i dintorni come lo splendido castello di Egeskov, il museo delle navi Vichinghe e il villaggio di Funen.In generale è al centro di diverse attrazioni compresa Legoland che dista poco più di un ora. Mi hanno inoltre colpito i prezzi dei ristoranti ad orario.In pratica quasi tutti i ristoranti esponeva prezzi e menu con prezzi variabili in funzione della fascia oraria: prima delle 16 e dopo le 16. Ovviamente di sera i prezzi s'incrementavano.
