Very comfortable bed and lovely hot showers. The location was excellent, walking distance to shops, restaurants, etc. Our breakfast every morning was perfect and served with wonderful coffee.

The view, nature, volcano… i have no words to describe. We ordered room with big panoramic window. You can lay in the room in front of the window and dream! Staff are so acomodating and friendly! Facilities are comfortable. Bed, pillows were so fantastic. Breakfast has no wide choice but it the same in all Equador. But food very delicious. Espessialy for dinner!

A great hotel that had nearly everything we needed. The room was very clean, the staff is extremely nice and helpful. It was also a great location. The pool was fantastic, the food served in the restaurant was great too. We also used the laundry service - they got all our clothes clean and folded. The person who runs this place does a really great job!

The place is amazing, you can sleep with the sound of the river in the back. It's really comfy and the personal was helpful. You can even do the laundry and drying which I may say can be really convenient. I recommend.
