I recently stayed at Boutique 32 in Batumi and had a fantastic experience. I have to say, this hotel offers the best price in the city! The value for money is incredible. A huge thank you to the amazing staff—they were so kind and hard-working, always going above and beyond to make sure we felt at home. Breakfasts were a delight, always tasty and healthy, which made starting each day a joy. The location of the hotel is truly unique. It's right on the border between the touristy area and the local, authentic part of the city. On one side, you have all the tourist attractions, and on the other, you get to experience the local shops and interact with the wonderful local people. Overall, a big thank you to the owner and staff of Boutique 32 for providing such a cozy and welcoming place. I highly recommend this gem to anyone visiting Batumi! It also has money exchange and pharmacy on the first floor.

Feeling like being in the sky and seeing everything on the ground! The breakfast was also tasty thanks to the head chef but you need to remember to make it earlier to the lounge since during the high season and during the rush hour it might overload. We would make it there by 8-8:30 and could always eat in peace and enjoy. Special thanks to the manger whose office is near by(just a few rooms away from each side) and he’s always available to help you. Staying here made our honeymoon memorable. If I ever come back to batumi I’m gonna definitely make it there.

The beds are very comfortable, the rooms are cleaned every day, the staff is super nice and friendly, especially the cleaning ladies, who gave us tiny gifts in the form of chocolate candies every evening. The reception workers were also very helpful providing us with everything we needed. The breakfast was delicious and with a great variety despite it being a low season with very few guests. One day they didn’t put the trays with hot food, but the staff informed us that we can order the things we like such as fried eggs/omelet/porridge etc. The swimming pool was perfectly maintained, saunas worked, the water was warm and everything was very clean. The territory outside the hotel was also very well maintained with workers taking care of the outdoor pools and the garden. We also had dinner at the Adjara restaurant, the staff was also very nice. The food was tasty and served quickly. The lounge bar also had a variety of drinks, unfortunately not all of them were available, but the signature GPH cocktail exceeded our expectations. The SPA services provided at the hotel were also enjoyable. We booked general SPA massage with stone therapy and it was a very relaxing experience. The staff in the SPA is also nice and they even provided us a discount for all the services (but probably it was due to the low season). Overall we had a great experience celebrating my husband’s birthday there, we’d like to thank the staff for their hospitality and friendliness.

Breakfast was full and delicious. There were two pools available: winter and summer. Beach is close, about 10 minutes of walking.

amazing location overlooking the sea. you can see batumi and the snow covered mountains. the building has a very cool kind of art deco vibe. big rooms and huge bathroom. the staff were kind and helpful. We ordered room service and the food was delicious. it was a very relaxing, peaceful stay and we will definitely go back.
