In the Rio Dulce river near a 16th century castle the Tortugal Boutique River Lodge peninsula is bathed by almost constant on shore breezes providing a cool and refreshing place. The cabana was charming, right on the Lake! The restaurant was wonderful; lots of great meal options, and friendly staff.

I had 3 nights in the basic room ,loved it, it was a really nice room with a view of the river. The managers were really nice people. The hot shower was a bonus.

It is noisy die to the road but if you live in the city it is the same amount of noise. We were so tired from our trip from Mexico city and went straight to Rio dulce it was easy for us to fall a sleep Also pick up (collectivo/public boat) from the hotel to Livingstone and other river lodges

Smeštajni objekat Casa Nostra ima vrt, zajednički salon, terasu i bar u gradu Livingston. Management and all staff were super friendly, accommodating, and professional. We also loved our view on the large balcony. The hotel restaurant is outstanding, excellent food with a beautiful view of the ocean and surrounding mountains. We would definitely recommend to others looking to stay in the area.

Can only vouch for the doorm room, which was simple but nice. No fans or ac, but located on the 3rd floor with open windows, and the temperature at night was on point. Friendly staff and a good relaxed vibe away from traffic. Flexible with the boat transfer if you willing to chip in a few bucks for the gas and service

Objekat Hotel El Reformador u gradu Puerto Barrios nudi smeštaj sa 4 zvezdice, kao i vrt, terasu i bar. Breakfast was excellent. We were all super excited about the pillows not being flat like our previous location. Great stay for a quick trip.

Nanajuana Río Dulce has a restaurant, outdoor swimming pool, a fitness centre and bar in Río Dulce. Among the various facilities of this property are a shared lounge, a garden and barbecue facilities.... Breakfast was delicious and prices were comparable to restaurants outside of hotel. Hotel also offered an hour or two (don't remember clearly) of free little foot paddling boats, which was fun to pass the time. The hotel is nice and secure as well with security outside of resort. Loved that they were pet friendly as well, so I got to bring my pup along!
