The staff was super friendly and helpful. It started feeling like home very quickly. The staff really made a huge difference, they made us very welcome and comfortable. The room was a good size, and very clean. They decorated the beds with flowers from the property. The food in the restaurant was great. Beach access right across from the property with free sunbeds for guests of the property. The ferry point is about 10 mins walk, and the location is very convenient with lot of cafes and food options.

The location is great, slightly set back from the lively streets (peaceful at night), yet still close enough to the pier (15 minutes), shops, and restaurants. I especially want to compliment the breakfasts—they’re simply fantastic, with a wide selection, beautifully presented, and absolutely delicious.

Villa Mila has a very central location on the island which means access to all sides fairly quickly. It's great value.

Rooms are very nice decorated and management makes an effort to go to zero plastic use, what is very important in a country full of plastic waste everywhere. Staff was extremely friendly and made me feel at home. The garden and the swimingpool were always clean and incense burning for good smell. I love these details.

The staff is super friendly, the Hotel is not so far from the pier and because it is on the main street it is very easy to arrive with luggage (that is usually a problem in the Gili islands). The wifi worked great, and the cafe at the front of the hotel is a comfortable place to work from.

Rooms are big and beautiful, clean, spacious, resort is stunning with the nature, rooms from outside look like traditional houses. Two pools just amazing, one more quite to relax and other one to have some good time with good music and delicious cocktails. Food is great and dinner on the beach is breathaking. Been a lot around the world and staying in a lot of hotels amd resorts, but this one had a special charm.

Amazing villa. It’s beautiful , clean and well located in the middle of the island. The staff is very helpful and were available at all times on WhatsApp. Our breakfast was included and it was exceptional. The staff helped in arranging the horse carts as well as bikes for us and made it available right at our doorstep which was very convenient.

Seri Resort is on Gili Meno’s most beautiful beach. There is a coral reef right in front of the hotel full of marine life and teeming with turtles. We saw turtles everyday of our 5 day stay, even seeing 21 turtlea during one of the days. it was absolutely amazing to swim with them all around you! The property itself is simple yet stylishly designed. There was great chill music playing everyday and the restaurant served good and interesting food. But the hightlight of Seri is definitely the staff!!! Friendly and fantastic service throughout our stay. We were very impressed and will definitely return!

From the moment I arrived, they made me feel like part of their family. The reception team is simply amazing! They were always so helpful, smiling, and spreading good vibes every single day. It’s rare to find such genuine hospitality, and it really made my experience special. My room was comfortable, with daily cleaning. I loved returning to my cozy space after a day of exploring or enjoying the vibrant nightlife. The attention to detail and care for guests' comfort is truly commendable. If you’re looking for a place that combines a perfect location, in the middle of Gili T’s nightlife, wonderful staff, and comfortable accommodations, look no further than Pesona Beach Resort & Spa. The pool in both the front bar and at our own villa was really lovely. The staff were very kind and attentive and arranged everything we requested. Good air conditioning and comfortable beds. We will definitely stay again and would recommend!
