On the shores of Killary Harbour lies Ireland's oldest coaching inn. Dating from 1796, you'll find traditional home cooking, antique furniture and the most spectacular views in Ireland. We had a great stay at Leenane Hotel. It's a very well maintained place with great rooms, excellent food and friendly staff. It's also dog friendly which is a rare thing in the area. What really stood out as well - the price we paid was more than fair.

Beautiful location, perfect to use as base while exploring the area, so remote and calm. Dreamy landscapes. The hotel itself was recently refurbished, beautiful and spacious room, great bathroom. Equipped with all essentials. The breakfast was delicious and had dinner at the pub which was great quality and value for money. Staff were very helpful and going the extra mile. Cannot recommend enough :)
