On the shores of Killary Harbour lies Ireland's oldest coaching inn. Dating from 1796, you'll find traditional home cooking, antique furniture and the most spectacular views in Ireland. We absolutely loved our stay! The place and the food were truly amazing - 10 out of 10. We’re already planning our next trip to the Leenane Hotel this summer. It’s also convenient to reach from Dublin without a car: take a train to Westport and then the 423 bus (be sure to check the bus schedule in advance; the bus stop is at Mill st). The rooms offer a stunning view of the fjord!

Featuring free WiFi and a sun terrace, Dolphin Hotel offers pet-friendly accommodation in Inishbofin, 49 km from Westport. Guests can enjoy the on-site bar. Free private parking is available on site. A fantastic place to stay, very friendly owner, Pat, and lovely staff. The hotel is warm, welcoming and pet friendly too. The room was spacious and clean with a big, comfortable bed and even an outdoor deck. It was a perfect base to set off from for a couple of days exploring the island, always full up on a good breakfast provided by the Dolphin first, of course.

Within 30 acres of private woodland, Rosleague Manor Hotel provides luxurious accommodation near Ballinakill Bay. Beautiful manor by the lake. Location couldn’t be better. I love the surroundings, the morning walk along the lake and in the woods was so pleasant. Dinner was excellent. I would come back to stay here for longer days.

Standing at the head of Cashel Bay, this hotel is set in 50 acres of award-winning gardens and woodlands. Cashel House offers luxurious bedrooms, fine dining and a private beach. Just superb in every way. Sinners in tbe “greenhouse” were exquisite. This is my favorite place to stay in all of Ireland. Ray, the manager, holds up the tradition that the late, great Kaye maintains ed for decades. The Cashel House is a national treasure. See above.

On the edge of beautiful, scenic Connemara and with magnificent sea views over Ardbear Bay, this charming hotel offers individually decorated en suite rooms and a superb award-winning restaurant. Amazing views on the bay, supercomfortable beds. Quiet location, 5 min drive from town. The best feature is food - absolutely fantastic dinner experience! Highly recommend.

Surrounded by private parkland on the shores of the Atlantic, Renvyle House features a golf course, swimming pool and award-winning restaurant. The location is amazing, nestle in a cove by the fjords is an idyllic setting. Service, food, people very friendly and welcoming, the best thing for me was the peat fire burning In guests areas and the lobby.
