It's hard to describe this place in words. An immaculate hotel with a superb restaraunt. Most comfortable bed and best sleep ever, beautiful pool and yard with fruits, vegetables and herbs that are used to prepare your breakfast/dinner. We travel a lot and this was the perhaps the nicest breakfast in all our travels so far. All of the other little luxuries you can think of (espresso machine, room decoration to the smallest detail, shower etc) are of course included. We came with a baby and the staff were incredibly accomodating - such nice staff! We also had dinner in the Michelin restauarant and it was divine (we ordered a la cart, not the fixed menu).

The hotel is modern, clean, located on a hill - giving an amazing view to the surrounding city and the sea from the rooftop. The personal is friendly and kind. They offered their help with everything. The room had a lovely minimalistic design with cute color decoration. For breakfast, there was a great variety of choices, both al'a carte as well as on buffet - including huge dessert table. Dairy-free milks were available. The hotel has its own garage where you can leave your car without any extra charge - which is helpful if you want to discover the Amalfi coast by car. It has a Michelin recommended restaurant on the roof top with good quality food and a nice bar and a 360 degree view.

Everything about this hotel was old world beauty! From the rooms to the lobby to the pool area! It was in such a great location right off the Main Street which you would never know when you are in the hotel. Service was impeccable and the views of the warf and the ocean were amazing. The concierge did an amazing job helping us arrange transportation and also helping us with lost luggage. The pool area was so relaxing and beautiful for afternoons!

The staff were super helpful and went out of their way to resolve any issues. George at the arrivals area was most helpful and guided us throughout the stay. Our trip to positano was a breeze because of his guidance. Breakfast was really nice and all the staff were super friendly and attentive. The club longue was a great area to relax and unwind after returning to the hotel. The decor of the hotel was super exclusive and give it a very rich feel.

The staffs were very accommodating and helpful. They went above and beyond to help me out. I highly recommend the restaurant. The dinner was one of the best dinners I’ve had in sorrento. This was our 4th visit to stay at Gocci di Capri,which says it all. The position of the hotel is spectacular with an enviable view which you would never tire of. The courtesy of the staff is noteworthy & nothing is too much trouble. Our apartment was spacious with a large balcony overlooking the Bay of Naples & Capri. The swimming pool is well positioned & spacious. We were self-catering but did dine in their excellent restaurant. The nearby village is just a 10min walk away & includes a cafe/ restaurant & a small supermarket.

The staff were exceptional! There was nothing that wasn't a challenge and they were easy to communicate with via whatsapp prior to our arrival. The wellness spa with sauna and a swim is allocated for one hour (per room) and was a wonderful experience. The room and view is incredible, for us it was well worth the value/price. The plunge pool is ambient temperature however in May we found that the evening sun heated it perfectly. The sun set and it was comfortable even at 10pm. Breakfast is a must to eat on the deck!
