Love it 😍👌 The staff are so kind, helpful, friendly. Lorena, Stephanie, Jacamo and everyone are so lovely. The location and facilities are fantastic. Two beaches for sunrise & sunsets. Yummy lunches on the terrace. Enjoyed it so much, didn't want to leave. Came back again already for another stay. The pool is devine with the bubbles like a.vulcano geyser. The roof top terrace in the evening for a spritz is perfect. As a Solo traveller I felt safe, comfortable and very welcome. Super relaxing with beaches and shops a leisurely walk. Prime location to enjoy the beautiful island of Vulcano. Vulcano is my favourite island ❤️🇮🇹 Most of all the staff make it exceptional.

Pěkné ubytování, trošku vzdálené od přístavu (ale na Vulcanu je všude blízko). Komunikace dobrá. Výborná snídaně. Doporučuji.

Krásný hotel v přístavu,.Z terasy výhled na moře a na sopku. Snídaně v baru s možností i večeře nebo oběda milá obsluha.

Wonderful hotel. Highly recommended! The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

I stayed at hotel Aura with my family and We liked this accommodation very much. Location was perfect, only 10 minutes walking to the centre and to the beach. Premises were well kept and cleaned. Breakfast was good and the staff was friendly and attentive.
