It was fun going to produce markets and coming back to our home away from home. Kumamoto rocks and the venue confirmed it.

We spent quite a long time there HAHA as the hot tub has a special function to keep pumping hot water in without overflowing! They definitely make the stay very special and memorable. The bedding is comfortable and soft. They have all the amenities ready for you to use and there are guides everywhere to assist you to turn on the electronics. They have slippers for both indoor and outdoor as well. The interior is lovely and of Japanese colour. It's a very special stay for us.

The owners were very friendly and kind. It was a bit cold in Hitoyoshi, but they provided a few amazing warm blankets, heated carpet, and a heater. They also had an air purifier in the room. All the amenities were great! My father lives in Hitoyoshi, so I'll be using them again in the future!

Café da manhã bem variado e com comidas tipicas da regiao de Kumamoto. O quarto é bem confortavel e espaçoso. Mesmo estando sob o efeito de jetlag conseguimos dormir bem. Estavamos em três pessoas e ficamos muito bem acomodados. O banheiro do quarto também é ótimo. O vaso sanitário é moderno com varios botões e funções, o chuveiro e banheira tem agua bem quente.

Café da manhã muito bom, com opções para refeições para orientais e ocidentais. A vista do Castelo de Kumamoto do restaurante no décimo andar do hotel é muito boa, porém a distância do hotel para se chegar aos restaurantes/lojas de conveniências (Seven Eleven/Lawson) achei um pouco longe.

We liked the crab buffet and drinks. The hotel is large and many accessories. Though we can't see Aso mountaun this time due to Typhoon, the view from restaurant and room would be beautiful.

The public bath hours and access to next door public baths too. The hospitable staff and large lobby. Appreciate the vouchers to the public bath next to the hotel while we waited for official check in to the rooms. Aldo appreciate the vouchers offered after we checked out to have one last public bath soak before our next train took off. We also appreciated the delicious dinner and breakfast. The best buffet spreads in our trip.
