Nagyon figyelmes és kedves személyzet. Frissítővel vártak minket, és felhívták a figyelmünket arra, hogy a régi dollárt ugyan visszaadják, de elfogadni nem fogadják el Kambodzsában. The room was immaculate and the service was great. The breakfast was fine. In the afternoon we had tea and happy hour drinks (beer, basic spirits). the view of the pool looked cool.

A szálloda étterme szenzációs ízeket kínál. Amikor a program engedte mindig ott étkeztünk, ebéd, vacsora, szerintem nem sok szakács lehet jobb Siem Reap-ban. Ha korai indulási szándékunkat jeleztük csomagolt reggelit kaptunk.

The room was as spacious as an apartment with very nice decoration and proper wooden furniture. Lots of windows made it very bright. We even got a fruit basket for arrival. Although there was no shower in the bathroom (but only a bathtub) everything was so extremely clean and working properly, that I would not rate it negatively. Please try their dragon fruit and pineapple jams for breakfast - never had such tasty ones on our trip. Breakfast assortment even varies during breakfast time. Lots of fruits, oats, Joghurt, bread and all the national dishes. Not to forget the egg station :)

Great price and great location with loads of dining options nearby. The night market is 15 min walk away and Pub Street a further 5 min walk. When you become a guest you also get access to Eric, the proprietor and his wealth of knowledge about Siem Reap. He managed to organise tuk tuk tours and Apsara dance show and give recommendations of where to eat. That knowhow was invaluable

The hotel has an excellent team of staff that took great care of the guests and were very helpful and kind. We had an amazing time in this hotel and everything was perfect. The hotel is away from the noise and agitation of the city, which we really liked. The town centre is easily accessible by tuktuk and there are always drivers available in front of the hotel. The food is fantastic and we ate there every day. The facilities were great. Our room was bigger than we expected, the bed was comfortable and we immediately felt home. We booked an excursion from the hotel and it was excellent value for money. The best thing about the hotel is the staff. Everyone is so helpful, kind and professional. This included our driver, everybody at the reception desk, the restaurant manager who went over and beyond for us, Oeurm who was always welcoming us at breakfast and anyone we forgot.
