We were hiking the Minett trail. The hotel was close to where the trail started and a great place to relax after a day’s hike.

Firstly the location is outstanding, beautiful scenic back yard with a lake and surrounding wildlife made for a great place to read. Trails into a hiking spot which I took full advantage of. The actual building is very well maintained and decor-chic. Rooms were a lovely size for me, bed comfortable (I don’t usually sleep in hotels but did here), fan for comfort- rooms were cleaned daily. Re breakfast; judging by previous reviews I think we’re used to over consumption so are only comfortable with a huge spread for breakfast- however this would be totally out of context for the establishment (I believe there are approx only 10rooms here); the breakfast was ideal, selection of cereals (ask for non dairy milk), bread+ spreads, eggs, hot meats, fruit etc everything you can ask for a good breakfast. The little touches were appreciated-cards detailing all channels by language and a card detailing hours for all meals provided at check in were very welcome. The attention to detail made is obvious. The husband- wife duo (Sabrina and Camylle) running the show are brilliant and are what make this place. The dinners- made by Sabrina- were outstanding and very well priced- I definitely over indulged! I only speak English- Camylle is fluent and always around happy to help with anything so no problem there. Bus is stop is 1 minute walk away with great connections. All in all this place is great value for money- you get so much more than just a cosy room. My go-to little haven now for a mini individual or romantic break.

Hotel Mia Zia is an intimate design hotel in Belvaux, a 7-minute drive from Esch-sur-Alzette in Luxembourg. It boasts free WiFi and a green setting ideal for walking. Welcoming and friendly. Dwugwiazdkowy hotel ibis Budget położony jest pomiędzy miastami Berchem i Luksemburg, tuż przy autostradzie A3. Nie rozumiem dlaczego takie słabe oceny ma ten hotel? To jest hotel budżetowy i nie ma co się spodziewać luksusów, ale jest czysto i przyjemnie. Śniadania skromne, ale idzie się najeść. Polecam.

This renovated family hotel is located 10 km from Luxembourg-city. There is free Wi-Fi access and free parking. A cosy hotel in the peaceful village of Roeser. It was about a 25 minute journey by public bus from Luxembourg central station and a 2 minute walk to hotel. Friendly, multi lingual staff. Our room looked recently renovated and was very quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was very good and plentiful. With free public transport in Luxembourg it was perfect to spend time sight seeing then return to peaceful Roeser for a good night's sleep. There is also an on site restaurant with a 10% discount for guests. We didn't have an opportunity to try it out but menu read well.
