All the staff are delightful, especially the young ladies on reception and those that looked after the cafe. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable and serviced each day. The hotel is a bit out of town and there is no local restaurant but they offer recommendations and can arrange food delivery to the hotel. The cafe is really nice and serves an excellent breakfast that was included in the room rate. The owner/ manager is very friendly and is trying so hard to build up the reputation of this lovely hotel. It’s a good base for the excellent dinosaur museum in town and not that far from Ouzoud cascades. Make sure you go on the slower mountain road for spectacular reviews. Strongly recommended.

The lodge was built as a family home 5 years ago and they started renting out a couple of years ago. So it has a very homey feel. Owner Youssef speaks perfect English and Aziz and Layla were exceptionally attentive. The property has spectacular views and the only wifi in town (though it was a bit weak / spotty). The room was clean, bright, and spacious - the place is very new. Food was plentiful and good. There was no set mealtime - you just let them know when you want to eat. Unfortunately, I got sick and mostly slept for 4 days. But the view from the terrace is gorgeous and I'm sure there would be good hiking in the area.

Borj Des Cascades & Spa dispone de piscina al aire libre, jardín, terraza y restaurante en Ouzoud. El personal es muy atento y amable, el hotel es muy hermoso y tiene bastante por caminar y descubrir. El camino a la cascada es muy cerca y agradable. Todo estaba impecable. Vale la pena viajar para hospedarse ahí. Volveríamos de nuevo.

El Hotel France Ouzoud se encuentra en la localidad de Ouzoud, a solo 5 minutos a pie de las cascadas de Ouzoud. El trato del personal, excelente, no faltó ningún detalle y estuvieron pendientes de todo lo que necesitábamos. Las instalaciones y la ubicación, llegar hasta allí fue muy fácil.

Este lujoso hotel de 5 estrellas cuenta con un helipuerto y piscina de borde infinito con vistas magníficas a la cordillera del Atlas y al lago bin el ouidane. Las instalaciones bonitas, cómodas y muy bien mantenidas. El personal muy amable, atento y serviciable. La ubicación, el entorno y las vistas muy hermosas.
