It was a last minute booking but there were kind enough to find me and bring me to the hotel and even upgraded my room without an additional price. The hotel has the most incredible view of the city. the hotel was very neat, I had a wonderful stay. I’ll recommend to my friends who are coming to visit in April

Hotel Ouarzazate és aposta segura si vas a Chefchaouen i busques un allotjament bo, bonic i barat. Els treballadors són molt amables i el Riad està molt net. Les habitacions són molt petites, justes per a dormir i amb lavabo exterior. Tot i això, la resta del Riad està ben cuidat i amb espais per descansar. Té bon wifi i una bonica terrassa. Molt bona ubicació, situat a pocs metres d'un dels principals carrers de la medina.

Personal molt amable, lloc net, ampli, ubicació immillorable, amb una bona terrassa i una mini cuineta però que tant per una persona sola com per parella o grup no hi ha "alberg"millor a Chefchaouen. Per cert, a 2 carrers val la pena menjar al restaurant Asaada...no us ho perdeu!

The location of the hotel was perfect, close to the old medina, and the staff were very hopeful, the parking area was a bit far from the hotel so they sent us people to help, and they brought our car to us the day of the check out, the lady at the reception was so lovely and welcoming. The breakfast was so rich and had a variety of choice. We loved the city and part of it was because of this hotel.

1) arrival and departure: When you say in a Riad, which is always inside a Medina ( old , walled city), your car will never take you to your stay. You invariably park in a parking lot outside or a town centre and are escorted to your Riad. Lina Ryad did fabulously on this. We kept them updated about our arrival time. Their team received us in the town square and helped us and our luggage reach the Riad. Riads do not have elevators and they helped us with our bags to our floors. The same process was repeated on our check out : bags to the lobby and then to our car 2) Extremely warm, supportive staff with greta communication skills. We had no difficulty at all communicating with them. We were received efficiently, welcomed with a traditional Mint tea and all information. It was super easy to check in and settle down 3) All Roads serve you breakfast. Lina Ryad did great with breakfast to order, 24 hour coffee machine , morning hot coffee and milk. Lunch and dinner were to order. We had one dinner there and that was great. Mix of Moroccan and Italian food 4) The facility itself is beautiful and wonderfully kept. The beds were comfortable and the bed linen and towers were clean. Basics like shower supplies, hair drier, iron, A/C were in place and worked well 5) you could book time for a private time in the heated pool and that was great. We did not use the spa though 6) Lina Ryad was exactly what our research showed we would get and was way more in terms of service quality 7) The location is great.. 5 minute walk to the town centre and in a very peaceful place

Everything is bad, at 1 am there was loud music, no internet signals in given room. Staff was very bad behavior and rude. We paid by payment machine and as we did not liked rooms later, they refused to return money, staff fighted and we ended up not living in the hotel and rhey did not even returned money.

Dar Zambra is a fantastic spot in the centre of Chefchaouene. The rooms are incredible, very spacious and have wonderful views of the town. The staff are extremely friendly and the breakfasts are amazing. I would recommend Dar Zambra to anyone looking for a place to stay in Chefchaouene.
