We came to Foum Zguid in hope to visit the Sahara and see the nomads living for a few days. Our expectations were not only met, but exceeded. The hosts picked us up with their 4*4 Car in Foum Zguid, to bring us to the accomodation, which was already in the middle of nowhere. They were heartwarmingly welcoming from the first second. For the next two days, the both of them were our private Guides through the Iriki Desert. They brought us to so many beautiful and authentic places. We visited a Berber Nomad Family for Lunch, saw a stunning Oasis and spent a Night in a Nomad tent surrounded by the biggest dunes in Morocco. We ate a lot of good Tajines and the next day, they brought us back to Foum Zguid. It was one of the greatest experiences we ever had and we will for sure come back to enjoy the quietness of the Desert with our new made friends again. Thank you so much again!

Bivouac les nomades er eyðimerkurbúðir á miðri Chegaga-sandöldum. Einnig er boðið upp á eyðimerkurferðir frá foum zleiðsögn til Erg chegaga og iriki vatns. With no doubt the best enjoyment during our stay in Morocco. Best care from the very friendly staff - perfectly balanced approach - always available but not intrusive. Great breakfasts, marvelous lunches and perfect dinners - best Tajine we've had in Morroco. Great place in the middle of the dunes. Amazing crazy drive with 4x4 across changing landscape. Experiencing meet of nomads in the dessert. Adventurous camel trekking. Water to wash in the camp although you're in the dessert! Mustapha is very clear about prices before the journey and the prices are very fair in my eyes ... We spend two nights in the camp, both evening under the clear starry sky near camp fire talking with local guys about everything ... To sum up, the best travel experience you can enjoy during stay in Morocco.

Riad Assia Foum Zguid býður upp á gistirými með loftkælingu í Foum Zleiðsögn. Gististaðurinn státar af sólarhringsmóttöku og lautarferðarsvæði. Aziz and his wife, Khadija, and the rest of the staff were wonderful, welcoming, and fun. He took us on a tour of the nearby ruins and the Centreville. It was our friends' 27th anniversary and Aziz and his family threw a surprise party. Khadija baked a delicious cake and they decorated the salon for music and dancing. We really enjoyed dancing with them! I cannot over emphasize how welcomed we were - it was the pinnacle of Moroccan hospitality. There was strong WiFi in the common patio/dining room which was lovely and offered a moonlight view. Dinner was a delicious lemon chicken tajin with Soupe Harare. The rooms were spacious and clean but ours was a little too warm because the windows did not open to the outdoors. We hope to return someday. Thank you, Aziz!!!
