I fully recommending this place after visiting over 1000 cities and staying in over 1000 different hotels/ hostels around the world.

Very good good and very friendly staff. Spectacular location! Spacious rooms with little terraces. Nice pool.

The room is large, everything is clean, breakfast is normal. There are problems with electricity, like everywhere else, but the hotel has solar panels and a generator. Not very good wifi. The staff is wonderful - they organized boat and car excursions to Pindaya and helped us buy bus tickets to Bagan. After visiting this hotel, I now think that the main wealth of Myanmar is the people of this country.

The host family is extremely nice and accommodating:they really made us feel at home. Thida is a gem - always smiling and coming up with an extra dish of goodies. We will miss them dearly. We would like to recommend them to anyone who comes to Inle lake.

I booked 7 nights at Trinity Family Inn but ended up staying a total of 12 nights. I love Nyaung Shwe and was able to experience Thingyan or Water Festival. Biking and photographing in Nyaung Shwe is very relaxing and enjoyable and the area is beautiful. (Bikes are free) Inle Lake is also close by if you want to experience that area. Nyaung Shwe is 2,900+ feet above sea level so it is also cooler than Yangon and other parts of Myanmar. At Trinity Family Inn, I was treated like family. Ma Htwe, Aung, and May Naw Soe took very good care of me. If I needed something, they were on it. Their rooms are spacious and very clean. There was always plenty of drinking water and the air con and wifi worked well. On the premises, there are plenty of flowers and plants so it is a little oasis. You are very close to the market and there are restaurants nearby but I ate dinner a number of times at Trinity Family Inn. Ma Htwe is a very good cook and make sure you try her egg curry. Breakfast was local food or western food plus there was always plenty of fresh fruit and fruit juice. I often talked with Ma Htwe and learned more about the area and Myanmar in general. Very friendly people! For the price of the room, it is a great value!

Song of Travel Hostel se nachází v Nyaung Shwe, 1 km od trhu Mingala a 5 minut chůze od autobusového nádraží Nyaung Shwe. Má střešní lounge, kde si hosté mohou vychutnat koktejly. I loved being treated like family at SOT - from the messages I exchanged with Fiona the owner, to the care and help to book bus tickets, a boat trip and a private driver to the hotpools and Kalaw. Shwe the manager is super friendly and helpful, along with the whole staff there. The food was great, alot of Korean meals. I must have eaten half my meals there! I also ate local breakfasts thanks to Shwe, which I loved. My dorm bed was super clean and spacious - bathrooms are clean and plentiful. Love the rooftop which catches beautiful sunrises and sunsets, cool breezes and great views. Free bikes allowed me to roam Nyaung Shwe easily. There's the Red Mountain winery nearby, which has great views and a stunning sunset. Jesu ba for a wonderful first time visit to Inle! I will be back in July with my son and 2 friends!

Villa Inle Resort & Spa se nachází na východním okraji jezera Inle v blízkosti vesnice Maing Tauk a nabízí dřevěné vily v myanmarském stylu s výhledem na jezero. I had such a lovely time there. The facilities are first rate and the staff is amazing. Everyone was so nice and so helpful. They put every effort into doing whatever was necessary to make my stay perfect. I was there kind of off season, so the spa was closed, but I wanted services, so they had someone come in for me. I had an amazing massage. The room was gorgeous, the bed was so comfortable, and I loved the shower. Breakfast was quite yummy and they had rooms service for other meals also. The boatman they had for my lake tour really took me all over the lake. The prices were reasonable, so I could relax and just enjoy the lovely place and not stress about anything.
